Called “Out of the Mouth of the Dragon” in first draft outline in October 1996 and 2nd draft outline in February 1997.

Correspondence from Al Zuckerman suggests changing title to “From the Dragon’s Mouth” in box 122 folder 9 (February 1997).  Follett doesn’t take the suggestion.  The title is still “Out of the Mouth of the Dragon” for the third draft outline in May 1997.

Correspondence from Candice Delong suggests that Follett change title to “Judy Rules, Kincaid Drools” as a joke.  Box 126 folder 36.

Became “The Hammer of Eden” before its final draft in May 1998.
