Only SVSU faculty, staff and students from SVSU registered student organizations (RSOs) can reserve the library computer lab (Z-111) for non-library activities. Restricted hours may apply.

Reservations for library instruction sessions take priority over all other activities. Therefore, requests to use the lab for other purposes are subject to change if the lab is needed for a library instruction session.

Confirmed reservations will be rescheduled if the lab is needed for a library instruction session.

All requests to reserve Z-111 for online exams or other non-library related activities must be sent to and confirmed by Kathleen Kroll or a library designee.  Reservations must be made using the online form found on the “Schedule Z-111 Lab” page on the left menu of the library homepage (http://www.svsu.edu/library).  View the online calendar, also located on the “Schedule Z-111 Lab” page to check for lab availability.

Faculty who reserve Z-111 for online exams must be present during testing or make arrangements on their own for an exam proctor.

SVSU courses requiring computer lab use cannot be scheduled more than three times per semester and must be scheduled on non-consecutive dates.

Cancellation of reservations must be directed to Kathleen Kroll or library designee prior to the reservation time.  Failure to cancel lab reservations may result in denial of future use.
