The Student Satisfaction Survey was distributed to all SVSU students enrolled in classes during the 2022 fall semester. The purpose of this assessment is to determine student satisfaction with Research, Access & User, and Technical services. The data from this study will be used to continue, improve, update, or implement programs and services. The student response rate was 405 submissions.

The Online Course Support Librarian program survey was carried out during Academic Year Fall semester 2020 (149 embedded courses) and Winter semester 2021 (92 embedded courses). This is the fourth assessment for this program, and it was previously assessed in 2012, 2015, and again in 2017. In 2020, a librarian was embedded into 231 classes and 360 students responded to the survey.

The Faculty Survey was distributed to all SVSU faculty teaching during the 2020-2021 fiscal school year. The purpose of this assessment is to determine the best ways to communicate with faculty members, best practices for liaison work, and opinions of the collections from their students perspective. The faculty response rate was 46% with a total of 125 respondents.
