There are many tools and services that you could use. Here are a few of the most common:

Chat:
  • ChatGPT by OpenAI is a general-purpose AI tool for text analysis, idea and image generation, and coding.
  • Gemini is integrated with Google’s ecosystem, offering an AI tailored for use online and within Google tools.
  • CoPilot supports writing, data analysis, and coding, optimized for use within Microsoft Office applications.
  • Claude AI, designed by Anthropic, assists with text analysis, brainstorming, data analysis, and coding.
Write:
  • Grammarly gives real-time suggestions to improve grammar, punctuation, and style.
  • QuillBot is a tool that rephrases sentences and paragraphs to enhance writing quality.
Search:
  • Semantic Scholar uses AI to help you find research papers. It lets you see how citations connect different papers.
  • Perplexity is an AI-powered search engine that delivers concise, summarized information from multiple sources.
  • Elicit helps find relevant papers, summarizes key points, and extracts important details from academic articles.
  • Consensus helps you find academic sources. It answers questions, summarizes data, and finds research papers.
  • Research Rabbit visualizes connections between papers, authors, and ideas, helping you explore research topics.
