2. Clearly define the concept exemplar including definitions/viewpoints from at least one other discipline for example, psychology, PT, OT etc. (5 points)
3. Defining characteristics including both subjective and objective assessment data (5 points)
4. Include at least 2 scholarly references, one must be specific to nursing for this section. (5 points)
