• Clearly defines the concept exemplar including definitions/ viewpoint from nursing using nursing language. (5 points)
• Clearly define the concept exemplar including definitions/viewpoints from at least one other discipline for example, psychology, PT, OT etc. (5 points)
• Defining characteristics including both subjective and objective assessment data (5 points)
• Include at least 2 scholarly references, one must be specific to nursing for this section. (5 points)
