Full Text Finder & Publication Finder FAQs for Staff

This guide will assist library staff in determining a course of action when confronted with link resolver and online journal problems.

Citation Finder

Citation Finder can occasionally present some odd issues.

  • The best course of action is to fill out the Citation Finder form as completely as possible. Include the journal title, ISSN if available and article title at least.
  • If you get to the database, such as one of the Gale databases, but there are hundreds of articles (because it located the correct volume number and has ignored the issue number) try locating the title of the article within the results.  This often works.
  • If there is a consistent problem with certain titles, let Beth know.
