These resources will assist in research on or of interest to LGBTQIA issues (lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgendered, questioning, intersexual, asexual and allies).

Using Databases

Use a library database to find:

  • Scholarly journal articles (research)
  • Magazine articles
  • Newspaper articles

and other information, depending on the content of the database you are using. 

Bother us!  Ask the Research Center librarians for assistance if you are unfamiliar with databases, encounter any type of difficulty or are not sure where to start. The databases below may get you started on a topic.
