When the system doesn't work!: Vendor support

This is for both public and back end use. What do we do when the system (e-resources, log ins, general computer frustrations, etc.) doesn't work as expected or as it should.

General information

These phone numbers should be used judiciously. 

They are intended for Library staff only for evening, weekend and times when technical services staff is unavailable. 

Library users encountering technical problems with electronic resources need to contact the library directly with their concerns.
