As of summer 2022:

• The library has over 100,000 physical items in the library collection
• Zahnow Library provides access to well over 200 databases
• Need an online book? We have over 300,000 electronic books
• We have over 1,000 electronic reference books
• The library provides access to over 70,000 academic streaming videos
• We have several thousand DVDs and CDs
• The library also has a popular reading collection filled with some of the newest fiction and best sellers from the past few years
• Special Collections and Archives contains several unique collections including the Ken Follett papers, the Flying Melzoras Collection and many other collections and historical papers related to the history of Saginaw Valley State University. For more information please see the archives page
