eBooks @ Zahnow Library

This guide briefly describes eBooks at Zahnow and how to locate them. Information on locating other online books in the library's databases is also included.

EBSCO personal accounts

Before you download an EBSCO ebook, you need a personal account in an EBSCO database (EBSCO ebooks, CINAHL, America: History & Life Full Text, Medline, etc).

After you have created this account, whenever you are in an EBSCO database, sign in. As you do your research, you can save resources (journal articles, eBooks, images), searches, and create search alerts. Just make sure you are signed in if you use this feature--otherwise, anything you save to a temporary folder (always available in EBSCO) will be deleted after you log out.

Download an EBSCO ebook Title

We recommend using EBSCO's Ebook Viewer for all titles. You can then read online in any device without downloading. The title should adjust to your device's browser. If you have the option to read in the EPUB format, select that format.

However, there may be a reason to download a title. Please refer to the link or video below for instruction.
