The Reference and Information Desk, located on the first floor of Zahnow Library exists to provide assistance to SVSU students, faculty, staff and member of the community approximately 80.5 hours per week.
* Assistance at the Reference desk is provided by Zahnow librarians and Reference student assistants. To determine which inquires the Reference student assistant should answer and those that should be referred to a librarian please see the "Definition of Inquires" and worksheet sub-tabs under the "Reference Services" tab on this page.
* Library users can request assistance via:

* Print, online and web resources are used to answer Reference desk inquiries.
