Online Course Support Librarian Program Assessment 2018: Introduction

This guide provides the data, analysis and results of the student survey for the Online Course Support Librarian Program.

Zahnow Library's Online Course Support Librarian Program

The Online Course Support Librarian program survey was carried out during Academic Year 2017-2018. This is the third assessment for this program, and it was previously assessed in 2012 and again in 2015. In 2012, a librarian was embedded into 76 classes and 140 students responded to the survey. In 2015, the online course support librarian was embedded into 101 classes and 103 Students responded to the survey.

For Academic Year 2017-2018,  librarians were embedded into 149 classes and 194 students responded to the survey. Librarians met in the spring of 2017 to update the survey questions. Survey was created and administered through Survey Gismo. This report will summarize results of this survey, the successes of this program as well as the suggestions for improvements to the program.
